Design

• How do I design a t-shirt?

  Visit our retail location, browse our graphics catalog for creative inspiration and then we can do a mock-up of your t-shirt design. For more advanced designers you can bring in your own digital artwork (on CD, flash drive, or using our upload form) and we will print it on a t-shirt. We also have pre-made designs to select from if you are not feeling creative.

• Can I print just one shirt?

  Yes, we offer no minimum and no limit on colors. These t-shirts are printed on American Apparel or Anvil, which are high quality tees. Usually most customers who purchase these shirts buy them for fashion, gifts, or small events.

• What process do you use to print the shirts?

  We use digital printing for small orders (under 24 shirts) and screen printing for large orders.

• How long does it take to print a shirt?

  On average about 20 minutes for a one-sided print. More time for large orders.

• Can you print white ink on black / dark shirts?

  Yes, we can.

• What type of files do you accept?

  We prefer that you send your artwork to us in vector format, .psd or .jpg in 300 DPI. If you do not know what this means then just shoot us an email.

• Can you scan my artwork for me?

  No, we do not scan artwork for you. Please have that done on your own.

• Can you print photographs on t-shirts?

  Yes, we can using our digital printer and they look awesome!

• What is the size of your printing area?

  For small orders that are digitally printed the max print size is 12" x 15"

• Do you use iron-ons?

  No, we do not. We use digital printing for small orders and screen printing for large orders.

• Can you match the colors of my design perfectly?

  Computer screens display color differently for each person so what you see on your screen may differ from the actual printed colors on your shirts.

• Can you print sport logos on t-shirts?

  We are not able to reproduce copyright protected or trademarked images.

• Will you design my company logo?

  You are welcome to use our stock graphics and fonts for your logo, but we do not design logos. We can put you in touch with someone to help you out. Our shop is intended to be a creative outlet for t-shirt design.

• What is an Extensive Design Fee?

  Any design work that takes more than 10 minutes to produce.

Parking

• Where do I park?

  We have three customer parking spots in our back parking lot directly behind the building. They are the 1st three spots going left to right. They are marked "Customer Parking". Additionally, there is Thornton Park Parking Garage with entrances on North Eola Drive and East Washington Street. Street parking is available if you can find it.

Ordering

• Can I order online?

  Currently we only accept phone orders and orders placed at our retail location for Custom Shirts. You CAN purchase our Pre-made Designs online. Click on "Shop" on our website homepage!

• Can I call in my order and pick it up later?

  Yes, as long as it is paid for before it is printed. We will text you when it is done.

Care Instructions

• What are the washing instructions for your shirts? How long do they last?

  It is recommended to wash shirts in cold water, inside out. The life of the shirts depends on how well you care for them. If cared for well, then just as long as any shirt in your closet.

Pricing

• How much does it cost for one t-shirt?

  T-shirts start at $24.99 per shirt or $15.00 if you provide your own t-shirt. Cost includes t-shirt and print. For bulk orders see pricing tab on website.

• Do you print in bulk?

  Yes, we do. Starting at 24+ shirts there is a price break for bulk orders.

• Is there a cost per color?

  No, there is not (only for bulk orders).

• What forms of payment do you accept?

  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover.

• What is your return policy?

  All sales are final, but give us a call and we will do our best to work with you.

Shipping

• Do you ship orders?

  Yes, we do. Simply call in your order over the phone, pay for it, and we will mail it out. We automatically ship online orders.

• What do you charge for shippng?

  Shipping cost averages $5.00 for in-state and $7.00 for out-of-state.

Bulk Pricing

• Can I do different designs in my bulk order?

  Bulk pricing is set up based on the same design and coloring.

• Can I get my bulk order completed next day?

  We charge a $50 rush fee for bulk orders.

• Can I have a sample before printing my order?

  A sample cost starts at $24.99 or $15.00 if you provide your own t-shirt.

• Can I provide my own t-shirts?

  Absolutely, we will quote you for printing cost only.

• How can I reduce the cost of my bulk order?

  Increase Quantity: Items are produced in bulk, so ordering more brings the price way down. Reduce Color Count: Each color on each side requires unique setup, so lower your price by limiting the number of colors printed. Pick an affordable t-shirt: To keep prices low, avoid premium and colored garments. Standard, white t-shirts offer great value. Try Gildan branded tees!

• What is the turn around time?

  Usually 5 business days.

Products

• Can I bring in my own shirt?

  Yes, you can and we charge $15 per print for this service. While we do our very very best, we are not responsible for printing errors on garments brought in by the customer. Print at you own risk.

• Do you carry TECH/Wicking shirts (running shirts) and can you print on them?

  Currently we offer printing if you bring in your own TECH shirt. We do not have stock on them at this time. Since there is a high percentage of polyester, we recommend light colored TECH shirts for best results.

• Do you do embroidery, hats, coffee mugs, sneakers, wallets?

  Not at this time.

• Do you print on tote bags?

  Yes, we do.

• Do you do kids shirts?

  Yes, we do. We have a limited selection of kids shirts. If you are looking for a particular color/style, then you can always bring in your own garment.

• Do you print dog shirts?

  Yes, we do. We have a limited selection of dog shirts. If you are looking for a particular color/style, then you can always bring in your own garment.

• Do you have gift cards?

  Yes, we do.

Misc.

• Are you part of a chain or franchise?

  No we are an independently owned shop.

• How do I become one of your Featured Artists?

  Mother Falcon is currently booked over the next few months. However, we are still interested in seeing what you are doing. If you would like to submit artwork, please make sure it fits within the genre of what we exhibit/print. For example, if you’re a traditional landscape painter we probably will not be interested in your work. We look for local underground, cutting-edge artists. If you are going to send samples of your work, we prefer that you email us or direct us to your website. A rejection is not a reflection of the quality or integrity of your work. There are many factors that dictate what we exhibit/print including t-shirt printing qualities, so please do not take it personally if you don’t make it onto our calendar
